Alright. I'm looking for some new tunes to check out in the "Stoner rock" catagory. There's a wide variety of bands that people term stoner rock.

As far as this genre goes, I'm into stuff like Dozer, Unida, Kyuss, Orange Goblin, Alabama Thunderpussy, etc. I like it heavy and rocking. not too slow, and not just noise shit.

Anyone got any recommendations? I've heard good things about the new High on Fire. What else are you guys into?

Check out THE PINES from Chicago. They definately fall into this category. Instramental stoner rock.

I wouldn't call them stoner rock but check out RUSSIAN CIRCLES if you can as well. Amazing mathy instrumental 3 peice.
