Kangaroo steaks are excellent, done rare.
Any vegetarian food can be improved with the addition of cooked pieces of dead animals.
Bacon is a food group all on its own isnt it? |

You are so wrong. The best sushi you could possibly ever have is Blackfin Tuna when it is brought up to the side of the boat, and the first mate carves off slices and you eat it right there, in the Gulf, drinking beer, while the fish is still flapping and fighting. THAT is the best sushi.

I had buffalo burgers once, damn good eatin'! I change my vote to all. Put it in front of me i'll eat it. (open to jokes!  ) But beef is the fave. |

I will agree with you that tuna right out of the water while deep sea fishing is fantastic....everyone must try it at least once. Tuna is my "go to" sushi....I love it! However, uni is that special treat...I save it for last like dessert. Admittedly though, as many a sushi chef and sushi lover has passed on to me....uni is by far the one that you either love it or hate it. No in between. Zodiac13, one I would definately have you try....go to Shogun on 280 and order quail eggs....they do them like no where I have been.....they put two in a sake glass and mix in this "special sauce" that is incredible! You down them like shots....$1.25 each and I can sit and go through 3 in a blink !!! A place down in Sarasota did a similar thing but put sake in with it too. A couple of those and you might see your sushi again.

 damn that cat looks pissed.
Elk meat is great and very lean. Deer meet is ok if done right but for the most part I think it's a little too gamey. |
