| We like the tile work , patch and finish pool coping and final layer on the flat bottom, about 2 weeks until complete. |

all i got to say is, you guys have no fucking clue the craftsmanship that went into building this masterpiece. unbelievable. the pics do no justice to just how bad ass it is.
i just got back from one of the gnarliest throwdown sessions i've witnessed in the last ten years and this bowl is easily, EASILY one of the best man-made skateboard strctures i have ever personally ridden.
everything that was taken today was without a doubt earned. DAMN!

Like Richard said, this was one epic session, the likes of which I have not witnessed for years. Richard and his crew, Jason Lynch and Daniel Newcomber, both out of Johnson City, Tennessee, arrived first around 11 am. I was delayed and arrived 45 minutes later to see Calebs bowl for the first time. I was blown away just walking up to it.
I did not skate due to the infirmaries of old age, but had the Nikon to document the action. I'm still sorting the camera out so apologies for the out of focus stuff.
Chuck Powell out of Raleigh, NC brought a big crew and they were ripping.
Chuck:
This kid was tearing it up....didn't get his name but believe he's out of Greenville, SC:

This dude skated frontside only and was ripping:
Bowl owner and craftsman extraordinaire, Caleb Moore, joined the session and tore it up:
Dave Hause, part of the Raleigh crew:
And then there was Kirby. Richard slammed very hard several times. Taking photos of him made me feel like I was putting my life in jeopardy....he skates faster then just about anyone I've ever seen.
Big FS air. Trucks locked on coping on this one and Richard slammed hard. Still:
Caleb was a great host and was totally stoked at how many skaters showed up, and how impressed everyone was with his creation. Just a fucking awesome session. Sorry for robbing so much bandwidth, Slob.  |

Richard is awesome, to slam that hard in your 30's and still get after it like that is impressive!  |
