Plain and simple, I'm a Beam and Coke man. What does everyone else mix up?

A nice, dark sipping rum on the rocks. Pampero is my favorite.
Beam on the rocks.
Sapphire and tonic.

Although I'm more of a single malt guy, I do hold an affinity for the following:

1 shot Vodka
1 shot Gin
1 shot white Tequila
1 shot white Rum
1 shot Triple Sec
1 1/2 shots of bar lime
splash of Pepsi (not coke)

Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

Multiply x 6 or 8 for a jug (depending on jug size), add long curly straw, get gooned.

If you have to ask...

I'm sponsored by Bombay. They have a billboard on my liver. Schweppes tonic owns the rights to my kidneys.

I'm mainly a straight up Wild Turkey, or the infamous Gin, Water, Lime and Cherry - gets a what? Enjoy the Ginger Ale - my bartender gal makes a mean one without the Ginger Ale, just some combo I can never remember.

HOWEVER on hot days, a GREEN DEMON is very good.

Mixing jar
Muddle some lemon and lime w/rocks
Add 2 oz Bacardi Limon (Of course you overdo this one or just use regular Rum)
1 oz Midori
Fill w/7up
Top w/cherry
Serve w/rocks in pint jar - it's a bright green easy drinking fuckyershitup fast drinker.

Very yummy on a hot day - which are gone now in the NW...back to the whiskey bottle.

Jameson, neat. Sometimes with a bit of seltzer water.

If I'm being fancy and going to Trader Vic's, I'll have a Zombie or a Mai Tai. For the extra-saucy occasion, I will have a Pino Pepe. Nothing beats a drink served in a mug shaped like a coconut.

There needs to be more Tiki Bars
