see, told ya'...
- a good Kosher dill wedge w/ a sandwich
- sweet relish on a hotdog
- gherkins diced in country ham salad
- the cheapest dill slices along side BBQ sandwich and grilled cheese
Other pickled products? I recall these as a kid at cheap bars:
- pigs feet/ears
- eggs
- whole dill pickles
- smoked sausage
___________
I wanna open a dive bar and just serve chips/pretzels and pickled products. |

Pickles are only good for throwing out of moving cars or off of balconies.
I like corned beef though, and that's pickled. |

I knew GM would have to chime in on this one!
As for me....mmm mmm....love me some good pickles....though I absoultely HATE, DESPISE and ABHOR sweet pickles. I would love to choke the fucker responsible for those. Nothing I hate more than grabbing a pickle off a deli tray/buffet/etc, going to bite in expecting that nice tangy, vinegary, pickle tastes, taking a bite and being thrown into shock with that diluted, semi-sweet, mouthwash tastes. Talk about a instant mind fuck! I HATE HATE HATE sweet pickles!!!!!
Now, as for other "pickled" items...can't say I have ventured off very far (no eggs, pigs feet, etc) other than the typica. I do love kim-chi (sp?) though!

Gotta love a good garlic dill. My Grandma maked the most killer ones. I don't know how she does it, but when you bite into them, they fizz a little. It's like a party in your mouth... and everyone's invited. |

I can't handle the sweet pickle either. It's like decaffinated coffee of nonalchoholic beer.
I like them crunchy. |

Pickled Smoked Sausage is aweome.
Pickled eggs are quite frightening. Why fuck up a perfectly good hard boiled egg like that? |
