What is the max length deck you can press on that press? Is it possible to have a single press that can press from a 30" to a 40" finished deck? (Sorry...probably a really stupid question).

these molds are 36" long. I can make custom molds to your specs.
yes, you could press a 30" board in a 40" mold |

those are great, have a small footprint and look great and cleanly built. Does the bottleneck jack press the entire deck evenly? I wonder if you could use 2? |

yes, the one jack is perfect as long it is centered, the concrete molds have welded rebar frames inside, 1/2' plates on top and bottom, so there's -0- flex. With 2 jacks you would need to press evenly. The wheels are nice when space is an issue. (Honey is my car in the garage?) So far I've done 3 decks at once. I'm sure it will do 4 or 5, |

how do you maintain a constant pressure?
do you clamp it after you drop them?
